We identify and originate projects and investment opportunities. We work collaboratively with experts and local partners to assess projects and determine feasibility. We support the completion of early technical assessments.
Structuring
We secure commitment for power purchase agreement (“PPA”) contractual structures. We also formulate and/or advise on optimal financing structures for projects.
Project Execution
We deploy equity capital and assist with project debt raising and lender relations. We collaborate with selected contractors or EPC firms, and complete project construction and commissioning.
